Yoga Classes
Pop-up schedule this fall and winter

For the fall and winter season, we'll have a pop-up schedule. That means I'll annouce classes few days prior via my email list, this website, and Facebook.

To stay well during COVID, please bring your own mats and any props you like (such as blankets or blocks). For everyone’s wellness, mats will not be available to borrow and hands-on assists will not be offered at this time.

Please arrive for class at least five minutes prior to class start time to setup.
These are donation-classes with the suggested donation of $5-15. Cash only please.

Bring yoga into daily life

I'm Malinda, teacher and founder at Yogamoto.

The practice I teach is grounded in the belief that yoga and meditation belong in our daily lives.

I'm here to help students discover and nurture their Self-esteem, mental clarity, and overall wellness. This practice is for everyone - no matter physical ability.

With consistent practice, it can slowly transform us to be more patient, present, and at peace within ourselves.

In that peace, we sow seeds of joy, and over time, we access deep contentment and a light-hearted way of being.
