This summer, we'll have classes outside on the Bethel, Maine Town Common located on the corner of Main St. and Broad St. in front of the Bethel Inn.

Fire Flow Vinyasa. Fire Flow is a fun, energetic class set to a motivating soundtrack, sure to help you get your sweat on! We flow for 20-30 minutes followed by grounding poses and relaxation. Some familiarity with yoga is helpful but not required.
We will have plenty of space to socially distance. Please bring your own mats and any props you like (such as blankets or blocks).
RSVP isn't needed - just show up!
Please arrive for class at least five minutes prior to class start time to set up. Masks are not required. You're of course welcome to wear one if you like.
These are donation classes with the suggested donation of $5-15. Cash only, please.
Class cancellations will be posted on Facebook, the website, and emailed by 8am the morning of class.
